Our South Shore CPG client is looking for a Creative Project Manager with 5+ years' experience for the next 3+ months to support two products. You'll be working across different creative departments, tracking and scheduling video, print, and digital projects across multiple offices. Experience with Workfront or similar project management tools, along with some background in the retail or CPG industry, managing agency relationships, and working on launches, is required for this position. Responsibilities include: Spot resource and knowledge gaps and take steps to address them. Partner with outside vendors. Manage photo shoot planning across multiple categories and oversee video & photography budgets and usage rights. Cultivate collaborative relationships with internal marketing partners. Resource, scope, and manage all projects. Channel global information to local teams, acting as a conduit to support the business. Develop project scope documents and enroll team members for high-impact projects, including defining outcomes, objectives, and targets. Define an achievable baseline plan working with the project team, covering scope, schedule, budgets, resources, and ROI.
