Are you an eager, energetic team player who enjoys helping people and building relationships? The Veneziale Family Agency, an established Allstate Insurance Agency, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist clients with their auto and home insurance needs. In this client-focused role, you'll interact with customers both in-person and over the phone, serving as a trusted advisor and helping them navigate their insurance coverage options with confidence and clarity.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them understand and manage their auto and home insurance coverage
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and personalized support
Manage an existing book of business, including processing endorsements, renewals, and policy updates
Work directly with insurance carriers and MGAs to secure quotes, bind coverage, and process policy changes such as endorsements and adjustments
Collect and manage client information and documentation within a CRM system to ensure accurate records and policy compliance
Effectively resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and attention to detail Qualifications:
Property & Casualty Producer License or Personal Lines License required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Positive and outgoing personality
Excellent computer skills, with experience in CRM or agency management systems a plus
Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment Compensation & Benefits:
