Job Details We are looking for an experienced, forward-thinking Vice President of Finance to lead the financial strategy and operations of our growing organization. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the VP of Finance will oversee all aspects of financial planning, reporting, risk management, and capital strategy to support business growth and operational excellence. This is a highly strategic role that requires both a high-level financial vision and the ability to execute tactically in a dynamic, multi-location environment. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership on all financial matters, supporting decision-making at the executive and board levels. Develop and oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and long-term financial planning. Manage financial reporting to ensure accuracy, compliance with GAAP, and transparency for internal and external stakeholders. Lead and grow the finance and accounting team, building scalable systems, tools, and processes. Partner with business unit leaders to align financial operations with company goals and client service needs. Manage banking relationships, capital structure, and funding strategies to support expansion. Oversee internal controls, audits, and compliance with all tax and regulatory requirements. Support M&A activity, business model innovations, and market expansion strategies. Leverage data and financial analytics to drive insights and performance across the organization. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA strongly preferred. 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably in a multi-unit service-based business. Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams in a growth environment. Strong command of GAAP, financial modeling, and forecasting. Experience managing multi-location and/or multi-entity financial operations. Proficient in ERP/accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks Enterprise). Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. A collaborative leader with the ability to influence across departments and at all levels of the organization.
