What You Will Be Doing Pioneer breakthrough programs that transcend traditional academics, focusing on cultivating leadership, fostering independence, and embracing healthy competition Architect our flagship campus from the ground up—from innovative space design to revolutionary staffing models Craft compelling narratives and growth strategies that will attract forward-thinking parents and fuel our national expansion Create and implement the cultural DNA that will define our school network, ensuring consistency and excellence across all future locations Become the voice and face of educational innovation, sharing our vision through strategic media engagement and high-impact partnerships What You Won’t Be Doing Managing a conventional school system with rigid schedules and traditional classroom structures Diluting our mission to accommodate those seeking a watered-down gifted program Playing it safe with minor tweaks to the status quo—we're creating an entirely new educational paradigm Prioritizing shallow metrics over meaningful transformation and authentic learning outcomes Working in complete isolation—while flexibility is key, you'll need to spend approximately one week monthly in Austin to maintain ground-level connection Entrepreneur In Residence Key Responsibilities Design and implement a revolutionary educational model for gifted students, starting with a prototype campus in Austin and expanding into a nationwide network of high-performance schools that redefine excellence in gifted education.
