Vaco is hiring for emerging talent Client Sales Rep located in West Palm Beach, FL

Location: on-site in West Palm Beach, FL
Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Compensation: $20-$22 per hour

Overview

• Respond/initiate to incoming calls for new and existing accounts
• Effectively handle internal sales and client service calls
• Assist with custom and stock order productivity
• Resolve client issues and concerns using established procedures
• Provide accounts with necessary product and service information
• Recommend additional products and services on each call
• Handle special projects
• Use computer to document activity and results
• Comply to all company policies and procedures
• Participate in sales meetings, shows, trainings or conferences
• Cultivate long-lasting client relationships
• Answer any product details; concerns; overcoming objectives
• Achieve goals monthly and yearly
• Cross-sell products
• Ensure high level of customer service
• Remain knowledgeable of products and classes offered

Skills:

• Outstanding telephone and email etiquette
• Strong ability to navigate on a phone and computer
• Responsible; respectful; and resourceful employee
• Able to multi-task; yet focus on the task-at-hand with great detail and accuracy
• Strong command of the English language; both verbal and written
• Bilingual is a plus but required
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Outgoing and personable
• High attention to details
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills
• 1-3 years of experience
• Self motivation
  

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco notes the salary range for the role as follows: $20-22/hr. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
