We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Environmental Services Manager. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and overall environmental well-being of our skilled nursing facility, providing a safe and comfortable space for our residents and staff.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the environmental services department, including cleaning, maintenance, and waste management
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a clean and sanitary environment in accordance with regulatory standards
• Train and supervise environmental services staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and professionalism
• Coordinate with other departments to address environmental issues and ensure compliance with infection control protocols
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked and organized work environment

• Previous experience in environmental services, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and mentor staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of infection control protocols and regulatory standards
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
