DM Force (a GG Homes company) is looking for a proactive multitasker to support our executive team and help foster our collaborative team environment.

Role Overview:

As an Executive Assistant at DM Force, you will play a crucial role in managing the schedules, coordinating meetings, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. This role is ideal for someone who is people-oriented, skilled in multitasking, and has a high attention to detail. You will manage the email of two executives and work closely with our existing Executive Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Exhibit an enthusiastic and positive attitude, serving as a team player and company culture advocate.
• Represent the face of the company with an outgoing presence, welcoming clients and team members alike.
• Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and organize team trainings.
• Assist with weekly reporting for Level 10 executive meetings.
• Foster a friendly and collaborative team environment by planning team activities and building relationships.
• Ensure the office is running efficiently by maintaining supplies and completing administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an administrative or executive support role is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Suite.
• A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to take initiative.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Outgoing personality and a genuine passion for working with people.

Bonus Points:

• Experience in the real estate industry.
• Experience with CRM software.

Compensation:

• Base Salary of $60,000 - $70,000 annually with Performance Bonuses.
