Job Description
Job Summary
The Executive Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Executive Office and supporting the senior executives with administrative tasks. He/she is also responsible for responding to or processing guest complaints and ensure smooth office operations at the highest levels of the organization.
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field, highly recommended.
• 2+ years of experience in office management or executive support, preferably in a fast-paced corporate or professional services environment, preferred.
• Experience in a hotel or related industry, highly recommended.
• Must be proficient in company-approved word processing and spreadsheet applications as evidenced by the ability to
troubleshoot spreadsheets and basic PC problems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Physical Requirements
• Long hours sometimes required.
• Light work – Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
