Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute plans to drive business growth, expand market presence (Plumbing & HVAC), and achieve financial objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to set clear goals aligned with the company's vision.
• Oversee all operational functions, including service delivery, customer satisfaction, employee performance, and resource management.
• Foster a culture of ongoing improvement, driving efficiency across all organizational levels.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire managers and employees, cultivating a positive and high-performing work environment.
