Join a Mission-Driven Behavioral Health Team: Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) – Outpatient Clinic | California

Location: Rialto, California

Salary: $80,000.00 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Our team includes LMFTs, LCSWs, psychologists, and psychiatric providers who work in synergy to support each client’s unique journey. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and empathetic LMFT who is passionate about healing and connection.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy in an outpatient setting, either in-person, via telehealth, or a hybrid model.
  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based interventions such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or systemic family approaches tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including case managers, medical providers, and peer support specialists.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards (HIPAA, BBS, DMH, etc.).
  • Participate in weekly clinical supervision, peer consultation groups, and ongoing training opportunities.
  • Contribute to a supportive and inclusive clinic culture that values clinician well-being, creativity, and mutual respect.

Requirements

  • Active LMFT license in the state of California (no associate registrations, must be fully licensed).
  • Minimum of 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience in an outpatient, community mental health, or private practice setting.
  • Strong understanding of family systems, trauma-informed care, and culturally responsive practices.
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ communities, and underserved groups.
  • Proficiency in electronic health records and familiarity with Medi-Cal documentation standards is preferred but not required.
