Job Title: Packager 2nd Shift $18+

Job Description

Join our team as a Packager, working on the 1st shift from 12:00pm to 8:00 pm. This is a contract-to-hire position where you will play a crucial role in our packaging department.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the packaging department by prepping orders for shipment.
• Lift and handle packages weighing 35-40 lbs.
• Operate pallet jacks for loading and unloading materials.
• Follow detailed work orders to ensure shipments meet specific criteria.
• Build and label pallets and packages.
• Support inventory and cycle counts as needed.

Essential Skills

• Previous experience in shipping or packaging.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Experience following work instructions for shipping.
• Proficiency with pallet jacks and forklifts.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Steel toe boots are required.
• Forklift operation experience is a plus.

Work Environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
