Your Role Providing customer service and enforce rules and regulations. Majority of the workday is in an outdoor environment in various weather conditions. Documentation and record keeping Report incidents/accident and discrepancies Cleaning and maintaining all parts of three large public restrooms (custodial services) and changing rooms on a (daily basis) Empty large trash cans on a (daily basis) Removing (shoveling) and relocating built up sand on park grounds. Adapt to a constantly changing set of priorities and environment. Provide routing maintenance and construction of park areas, amenities, and equipment. Travel and care for satellite park locations Operate lawnmowers, weed-eaters, light automotive equipment, common gardening/hand tools, various motorized equipment, and edging/trimming equipment; apply safety precautions accordingly. Individual will work in an outdoor environment in various weather conditions. Assist with and/or manage special event participation. Physical tasks will include: Independently lifting and moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds or a regular basis Performing tasks requiring standing for extended periods of time and to reach for items lower than, at, or above shoulder level. Performing tasks requiring repetitive twisting of hands, legs, neck, and/or waist. Performing tasks requiring balance, stooping, kneeling/squatting, and/or bending. Working outdoors with exposure to inclement weather, extreme heat/cold/windy - conditions such as temperatures at or above 90 degrees Perform other job duties requiring skills, knowledge and physical requirements as demanded by those duties described or less. Individual assignments will be determined by the supervisor based on the current workloads and department needs.
