What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Design and implement security measures for integrating third-party systems and networks
Conduct cybersecurity due diligence for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities
Develop and maintain a comprehensive third-party risk management program
Establish and enforce policies and procedures for third-party cybersecurity
Develop and implement incident response plans for third-party security incidents

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in cybersecurity, focusing on third-party risk management and integration
Proven experience in managing security for mergers and acquisitions
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices, and regulatory requirements
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Advanced technical certifications or a Master’s degree in a related field
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or similar
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
Experience with a variety of security technologies and platforms
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment
