Job Title: Sr. Technical Business Analyst

Job Type: W2 Contract / C2H

C2H Duration: 6 to 9 Months

Location: St. Louis, MO / Irving, TX - Since this position requires hybrid working model non-local candidates should be open for relocation

Working Model: Hybrid (Three days a week in office)

Year’s of experience: 8-12 years

Salary: $70/hr - $75/hr

Job Description

• Conducting meetings and interviews to gather requirements from business stakeholders
• Performing process analysis and documentation through methods like flowcharts
• Identifying process inefficiencies and recommending solutions
• Researching and evaluating software, tools and automation options
• Creating detailed requirements documentation and specifications
• Supporting solution design, testing and implementation
• Preparing reports, presentations and business cases
• Managing projects and product delivery schedules
• Communicating with various stakeholders and team members
