AC Wellness Network LLC is a subsidiary of Apple Inc. and is the dedicated management services organization (MSO) for AC Wellness, a dedicated independent medical group that serves Apple Wellness Centers in Santa Clara Valley. Our mission is to deliver the world's best healthcare experiences for Apple employees. The MSO is looking for an extraordinary Site Reliability Engineer with a background in large scale engineering support. You will enjoy using and building technology to automate solutions and optimize outcomes focusing on data/backend engineering, continuous integration and continuous deployment in a fast-changing world of software delivery. **Description** As a Site Reliability Engineer, you are ready to take on big problems, enjoy working in an agile and dynamic multi-functional team, love data, and want to make a huge impact in health. Some of your characteristics include: - Experience building highly available and fault tolerant systems - Enjoys building, improving, and simplifying CI/CD processes - Container Services Ex. (Docker, k8s, Helm) - Experience automating managing cloud resources Ex. (Terraform) - Experience handling Cloud Security models Ex. (IAM Security Models) - Experience handling performance, application and security log management This is a site-based role. **Minimum Qualifications** + BS in Computer Science or related field + 4+ years of experience building highly available and fault tolerant systems + Helm experience and expect Helm usage + Strong coding experience and capable of picking up new languages + Strong analytical thinking to solve challenging problems **Preferred Qualifications** + MS or PhD in computer science or relevant experience + Temporal experience + Excellent communication skills + Works well in and across teams + Works well in a self directed environment + Comfortable with weekly on-call rotation + Reliable and responsive to support the team's needs + Nice to have experience handling Pen Testing and Secure Applications **Pay & Benefits** At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,800 and $264,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
