As we evolve into our next phase of brand growth, we're looking for a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes content, trends, and storytelling.

Role Overview

We're looking for a creative, strategic, and trend-savvy Social Media Manager to lead content across TikTok and Instagram, help define the brand’s visual voice, and grow our online presence. You’ll be responsible for ideating, planning, executing, and posting all social content—while working closely with the founder to bring our brand’s vision to life.

This is a hands-on creative role ideal for someone with a strong aesthetic sense, editing skills, and a deep understanding of social media culture, especially in the fashion space.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the content calendar across IG, TikTok, and Reels
• Strategize weekly content themes, trends, and storytelling ideas
• Edit UGC, b-roll, and campaign footage into short-form video content
• Write on-brand captions and select trending sounds/audio
• Coordinate influencer content reposts and community highlights
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust content strategy accordingly
• Stay ahead of trends in fashion, beauty, and pop culture
• Work directly with the founder to reflect brand tone and elevate visuals

Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years experience managing IG + TikTok accounts for DTC fashion/lifestyle brands
• Strong knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Rush, or similar)
• Exceptional aesthetic eye and understanding of luxury-influenced social media trends
• Able to write sharp, on-brand captions and think visually
• Self-motivated, organized, and can work quickly without constant direction
• Deep love for fashion and social culture
• Bonus: Experience with influencer relations and/or UGC strategy

Compensation

• Salary: $50,000–$70,000/year depending on experience
• Flexible remote work
• Room to grow within the brand as we scale
