What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct in-depth and complex financial analysis while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-divisional teams to review, reconcile, and consolidate financial data
- Serve as a subject matter expert by analyzing and presenting diverse financial reports
- Assist management in the development and implementation of process improvements
- Participate in internal control testing and ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelors Degree required; Advanced degree desirable
- 5 8 years of related experience; or a Masters degree with 3 years experience; or a PhD without experience
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and email applications
- Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all management levels

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of GAAP and SOX
- Understanding of the healthcare industry
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tasks
