Job Description: Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided). Certification (RIMS-CRMP or CPHRM) required within 1 year of hire. Lean/Six Sigma certification (Yellow Belt, Green Belt, or Black Belt) preferred. Minimum of 5 years management experience in hospital setting required. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, risk management frameworks, and HIPAA requirements. Previous experience in performance improvement, compliance, and risk preferred. Quality Coordinator (RN) Patient Safety/Risk Officer (RN) Infection Control Nurse Patient Advocate/Patient Experience Coordinator (Inpatient & Outpatient) Information System Analyst Abstractor.
