Responsibilities include providing lock-out, fuel delivery, battery jump starts and tire change services using established guidelines and quality control procedures; tow and recovery services (Tow Truck Technician position); sell and install car batteries (Mobile Battery position); communicate with members effectively; make sound decisions regarding safe service of vehicles; enter call information accurately; conduct vehicle and equipment inspections; support AAA by participating in special events promoting the brand. Requirements include being at least 21 years old, high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, ability to pass physical exam, 3 years experience in automotive/mechanical environment or sales/customer service preferred, ability to lift and carry equipment up to 75 pounds, satisfactory pre-and post-employment screening, ability to operate passenger vehicles and light-medium duty trucks, effective communication skills, and successful completion of required training courses.
