Remote LMFT – Support Clients from Anywhere in CA

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $115,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Expected Hours: At least 5 per week

We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide virtual therapy services to clients across California. This role involves supporting individuals and families through structured counseling, with a focus on PTSD, emotional regulation, and overall mental health. The position is fully remote, giving you control over your schedule while making a meaningful impact.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Assess client needs and create personalized treatment strategies.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions.
• Offer specialized support for PTSD and behavioral health challenges.
• Maintain detailed client records following industry standards.
• Work with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current LMFT license in California.
• Experience providing therapy and case management.
• Knowledge of CBT, ABA, or other therapeutic techniques is helpful.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
